Yoga, Wellness & Meditation Miami
Spiritual growth, personal transformation and development
We offer healing through meditation, yoga and a focus on emotional well being. Many of our physical ailments come from the mind, which is why we address them at the root cause.
In today’s world people would rather cover up issues with pain killers and medicine, rather than discover the reasoning behind issues. With us, we dig deep into ourselves and mental wellness to discover causation and address it at the grassroots level. A good example of this is how grief can cause low energy and feelings of tiredness. Rather than take medication for lack of energy or sleep issues, we help address your unresolved feelings of grief. We truly believe that prevention is better than a cure.
If you’re looking for a place to relax, learn, and grow, Osho Tushita Meditation Miami is the perfect place.

Full Moon Osho Kundalini Meditation & Celebration
We had an overwhelmingly joyous time with our last meditation event and are continuing the series of transformation meditation events at the newly opened Osho ashram in Miami area.
We are gathering for a Full moon celebration with an hour of Osho Kundalini meditation preceded by an Osho discourse. Kundalini meditation is a very powerful technique, an hour long process that starts with body exercise to activate one’s bio-energy and bring about more vitality followed by a deep process of watchfulness and silence, eventually leaving the practitioner with inner silence and centeredness for hours after the meditation.
It is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing for this meditation. This helps in flow of the bio-energy during the first stage of meditation and with deeper relaxation during the last stage.
Also recommended not to come after a heavy meal as the meditation requires physical activity. Strictly no alcohol or mind altering drugs.
For detailed instructions and to download meditation music you can visit the website – http://www.oshomeditations.com/kundalini-meditation/

Did you know that mental health:
-leads to 35% reduced productivity
-Is the 4th leading cause of death
-Leads to $210.5 billion in losses
Mental health is something that affects everyone, yet it often goes undiscussed. Those struggling with mental health wellness suffer in many other parts of life as well. For example, this can lead to absenteeism and reduced productivity in the work place, a build up of medical costs, and ultimately feeling hopeless. The World Health Organization has officially declared mental health to be the fourth leading cause of death worldwide. This is a concerning statistic and leads many to wonder why the issue isn’t being addressed or taken more seriously. Unfortunately, mental illness remains stigmatized and few are willing to openly talk about their issues.
We offer yoga and meditation techniques to help those struggling with depression, anxiety and stress. We hope to create a safe and open space for people to come together, share their experience and receive support from others going through similar struggles. It is our goal to destigmatize the conversation surrounding mental health so that no one ever again has to suffer in silence. By working together we can make sure everyone gets the help they need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Meditation is an age-old practice that has been shown to have a variety of benefits for mental and physical health. Although there are many different types of meditation, the basic premise is to focus on the breath and still the mind. This can be done by sitting with the spine erect, eyes closed, and attention resting on the breath. Thoughts and distractions will inevitably arise, but the goal is to simply observe them without judgment and then return the focus to the breath. With regular practice, meditation can help to reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote a sense of well-being. It is a simple but powerful tool that is available to everyone.
There are many different types of meditation, each with its own unique benefits. Vipassana meditation, for example, is a great way to increase focus and concentration. Bhagavata meditation is perfect for those looking to relax and de-stress, while Osho meditation is ideal for those seeking to connect with their higher selves.
At our center, we believe that the best way to meditate is to combine all of these techniques. By doing so, you can reap the maximum benefits of each one. Our experienced Buddhist meditation Miami instructors will help you to find the perfect balance between all three approaches, providing you with the tools you need to achieve inner peace and harmony.
Meditation is an ancient practice that has been practiced for centuries in many different cultures. Meditation can be defined as a state of heightened awareness and concentration. The purpose of meditation is to focus the mind on a single object or thought, in order to achieve a state of inner peace and calm. There are many different ways to meditate, and there is no one correct way to do it. However, the most important thing is to find a method that works for you and that you feel comfortable with. If you are new to meditation, Osho Tushita Meditation Center can help you get started. We offer a variety of classes and programs that will teach you how to meditate, and we also have experienced meditators who can guide and support you on your journey. You don’t need any prior experience, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn. We hope to see you soon!
Mindfulness is the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. It is a mental state that people can choose to enter into at any time. Mindfulness is often used as a technique to help people relax and focus their attention in the present moment. When people are mindful, they are not thinking about the past or the future. They are simply paying attention to what is happening in the present moment, without judging it or reacting to it. Mindfulness can be beneficial for both physical and mental health. It can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and it can also improve sleep quality and concentration. In addition, mindfulness has been shown to boost the immune system and increase pain tolerance. For these reasons, mindfulness is an increasingly popular practice among people of all ages and something we focus on helping you to achieve at Osho Tushita Meditation.
It can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and forget to take a step back and appreciate the moment. Many people think of mindfulness as something that requires hours of sitting in contemplation. However, it is possible to be mindful in everyday life – it simply requires a little bit of effort and attention. One way to achieve mindfulness is through yoga and meditation. These practices help to focus the mind and body, promoting a sense of peace and well-being. However, there are also many other ways to be mindful. Simply paying attention to your breath or the sensation of your feet on the ground can help you to connect with the present moment. Additionally, taking time to appreciate the small things in life – a beautiful sunset, the smell of fresh-baked bread – can also help you to find moments of peace and joy. By making a conscious effort to be more mindful, you can bring a greater sense of calm and happiness into your everyday life.
Meditation doesn’t require you to believe in anything in particular, and it doesn’t produce any adverse effects even if you don’t think it’s “working.” However, that doesn’t mean that there’s no way to tell if meditation is working for you. One common sign that meditation is having a positive effect is a reduction in stress levels. If you find that you’re able to better handle stressful situations without feeling overwhelmed, it’s a good indication that your meditation practice is paying off. Another way to tell if meditation is working for you is to simply pay attention to how you feel before and after a session. If you find yourself feeling more relaxed and at ease after meditating, it’s a good sign that you’re on the right track. Ultimately, the best way to tell if meditation is working for you is simply to stick with it and see how you feel over time. With regular practice, you should notice gradual improvements in both your state of mind and your overall wellbeing.
One of the things that makes Osho Tushita meditation classes so special is the variety of methods we offer. Plus, our classes are always small and intimate, so you’ll get plenty of personalized attention from your instructor. Yoga is a system of physical and mental practices that originated in India. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means “to yoke” or “to unite.” Yoga is often described as a union of the body, mind, and spirit. The goal of yoga is to create harmony in all three of these areas.
Yoga is usually practiced on a mat, in a class setting, with the guidance of a teacher.
There are many different types of yoga, and each has its own unique style and focus. Some common types of yoga include Hatha yoga, which focuses on physical postures; Kundalini yoga, which emphasizes breath work and meditation; and Bikram yoga, which is practiced in a hot room to promote detoxification.
There are many benefits of practicing yoga. These benefits can be physical, mental, or emotional. Some research has even suggested that yoga can have positive effects on overall health, including reducing stress levels, improving sleep quality, and increasing flexibility. Whatever the reason for practicing yoga, it is sure to provide a plethora of benefits.
Yoga is an excellent way to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. But how often should you practice yoga to see the best results? While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, most experts recommend practicing yoga at least 3 times per week. This frequency will allow you to see gradual improvements in your physical abilities, without overdoing it and risking injury. If you are just starting out, it may be helpful to practice more frequently at a yoga studio Miami center first, then back off to 3 times per week once you have built up a strong foundation. Remember, the key is to listen to your body and do what feels best for you.
Our yoga studios Miami center is well-equipped for our Miami yoga classes, and all you will need to bring is yourself and your yoga mat. However, there are a few things you can bring to make your experience more comfortable. First, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Second, if you have your own yoga mat or meditation cushion, feel free to bring it. Finally, we encourage you to bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated during your practice. We look forward to seeing you at our next Yoga class Miami session!
